Bookworkz Returns Policy
Bookworkz accepts returns of items within 30 days of purchase for full
credit of purchase price, excluding expedited delivery charges. Some
software items may not be accepted for return if the packaging has been broken. Special delivery charges – for Canada, Mexico, 2nd day, next day and international shipping -- are not refundable.
Returned items must be in original condition, and they must be sent to the
address below to receive credit.
